Monitoring and Learning Project Year 3 Planning Workshop

By ANPPCANSOM

We are excited to share that ANPPCANSOM recently took part in the Somalia Monitoring and Learning Project Year 3 Planning Workshop. This important event was conducted by Integrity Global and the Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) of USAID. The workshop took place over three days in Nairobi, bringing together various stakeholders to review progress, share insights, and plan for the upcoming year.

A Collaborative Effort

The workshop was a platform for collaboration and knowledge exchange. Participants included representatives from different organizations working towards improving monitoring and learning processes in Somalia. The primary aim was to enhance the effectiveness of humanitarian assistance and development efforts in the region.

Key Highlights

  1. Comprehensive Review: The workshop began with a thorough review of the progress made in the previous years. This involved evaluating the impact of various initiatives and identifying areas for improvement.
  2. Strategic Planning: A significant portion of the workshop was dedicated to strategic planning for the third year of the project. Discussions focused on setting clear objectives, developing actionable plans, and allocating resources efficiently to achieve the desired outcomes.
  3. Interactive Sessions: Participants engaged in interactive sessions that encouraged the sharing of best practices and innovative approaches. These sessions were instrumental in fostering a sense of community and mutual learning among the attendees.
  4. Networking Opportunities: The workshop also provided ample opportunities for networking, allowing participants to build relationships and explore potential collaborations for future projects.

Looking Ahead

As we move forward, ANPPCANSOM is committed to applying the insights and strategies gained from this workshop to our ongoing and future projects. We believe that continuous monitoring and learning are crucial for the success of any initiative, and we are dedicated to contributing to the sustainable development of Somalia.

We extend our gratitude to Integrity Global and BHA/USAID for organizing this impactful workshop and to all the participants for their valuable contributions. Together, we are making strides towards a brighter future for Somalia.
