Target PopulationANPPCANSOM gives special focus and attention to the following vulnerable and marginalized women and children; Abandoned or neglected children; Physically and sexually abused women and children; Women and children with different types of Mental, intellectual and physical disabilities; Poor households headed females; Women and children in rural and pastoral areas affected by Civil war and climate change hazards; Women and children in IDPs and informal settlements; and Street boys and girls.
