ANPPCANSOM is governed by its Board of Trustees. The Board is the key policy making and governance body of the Organization. It formulates and approves policies and organizational systems and evaluates the overall performance of organization. The Board consists of five members (both male and female) and is headed by its chairperson. The Members’ Assembly is ANPPCANSOM’s highest decision-making body and is made up of volunteers representing children and prominent community members. The assembly elects ANPPCANSOMs Board of Directors. The BOD members are all volunteers. The Board is accountable to the Members’ Assembly for all its decisions. It approves policies and procedures in line with the organization’s strategy and vision. The headquarter Office is located in Mogadishu, capital of Somalia and is the strategic Centre of ANPPCANSOM. The office is led by Chief Executive Director (CED) who is personally accountable to the Board of Directors.
