ANPPCANSOM is led by its Chief Executive Director who is the formal head of the organization. The Chief Executive Director reports to the Board through the Chairperson and is responsible for the overall management of the organization. The Chief Executive Director is supported by the chief Depute executive director, Director of Programs and Director for Operations. At the head quarter level, Head of Field Offices leads the operations of the field offices. These with managers of different sections / programs of the organization jointly form a management structure for the organization. ANPPCANSOM in all its offices has committed and well experienced management staff that could provide all the necessary technical and overseeing support.
