ANPPCAN-SOM is registered with the Federal Government of Somalia and Federal Member states as local non-governmental, non-profit making humanitarian organization with it is headquarter in Mogadishu and has operational field offices in Hargeisa Somaliland, Garowe for Puntland, Kismayo and Garbaharey for Jubaland, Baidoa for South West and a liaison office in Nairobi, Kenya. Legally, ANPPCANSOM has legal status to hold operational mandates across the country and have signed memorandum of understanding with all relevant government institutions. Region

To enhance and uphold in partnership with stakeholders including duty bearers and the children the rights of children and protect them from all forms of maltreatment, thus ensuring that the rights of children are realized through policy research, advocacy, training and provision of basic services, using evidence-based participatory approaches and coalition building.
Improved access to child friendly services such as health, nutrition, education, protection and development to vulnerable children across the country.
